I know that people feel differently about children using iPhone's or iPad's, I believe that it can be a great educational tool if you find the right apps. Here is my new favourite for my daughter who is 23 months.
My A-Z, it comes with set pictures for each letter of the alphabet but you can also get creative with it and customize it with pictures of objects and people that your child is familiar with. You can also record your voice so that when they touch the picture you can say the letter and what the picture is. This is an app that you have to pay for but it's worth the $1.99!
